This course satisfies the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.120 for OSHA's Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HazWOpER) 40-Hour Training. Hazwoper 40-Hour training is required for anyone working at Treatment, Storage, and Disposal facilities (TSD's) and at hazardous waste clean-up sites. The training is also required for those persons responding to emergencies involving hazardous materials. Persons taking this course will receive a certificate that will allow employment in the previously mentioned areas.
